2024 Property Management Awards Finalists

Awards season is in full flow! Following the news that we’ve been shortlisted in three categories for the Negotiator Awar[lo1] ds, we’re delighted to share that Encore is also a finalist in four categories at this year’s Property Management Awards.

Alongside being shortlisted for Regional and London Property Management Company of the Year; our work at a property in Westminster has been recognised in the Major Works Project of the Year category, and our site-based team at a development on the South Bank has been nominated for Onsite Team of the Year.

Entries for the Property Management Awards, organised by industry-leading publisher News on the Block, demanded detailed quantitative and qualitative evidence. Recent, strong testimonials from residents, clients, stakeholders or partners also needed to be submitted. The rigorous judging process saw a panel of property industry experts tasked with assessing each entry according to the Outstanding Awards Trust Mark, with the shortlist shining a light on some of the most dynamic and successful companies across property management.

“There’s something really special about seeing the whole of Encore, across all of our offices, receiving award recognition - whilst demonstrations of individual excellence are celebrated at specific developments,” commented Encore CEO, Joaquim Fillola.

“For me, that shows our excellence across the company: in our operations, customer service, financial management, growth and in supporting our people. And that translates into delivering a brilliant service at each of the estates we look after.

Being recognised in the shortlisting, our people working on these nominated developments have demonstrated this perfectly. Both teams - in different ways - have dealt with challenging, changeable situations that have demanded their best work, adaptability and professionalism. Whether that’s in ensuring the health and safety of residents or in protecting and enhancing the value of people’s most valuable asset, their home.

These award nominations really demonstrate our mission of making places better and taking care of them as if we lived there ourselves. And that’s something I’m incredibly proud of our teams for achieving.”

As we celebrate our achievements as finalists in these hotly contested categories, we’re looking forward to hearing who will be announced as the winners at a fabulous ceremony at City Central at The HAC, London on 21 November 2024. Good luck to all of those shortlisted; we look forward to celebrating the many achievements across our industry together.
