Encore staff were present at the Honourable Artillery Company in London on 22 November to collect another Highly Commended award – this time at the Property Management Awards, organised annually by trade publication News on the Block.
The commendation was presented as part of the New Build Property Management Company of the Year category which recognises the specialist skills required to manage multiple new build developments. Having worked in partnership with many of the UKs best known housebuilders for a number of years, Encore brings a huge amount of experience to new build resuidential schemes.
More than 800 guests were in attendance to celebrate the achievements of their industry peers over the last year. Hosted by up-and-coming comedian Matt Richardson, this year’s awards categories were designed to recognise managing agents and their staff, as well as specialist service providers to the residential property sector.
