Naming Encore as their new Wellbeing Champion for 2023, judges for the prestigious Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) ACE awards praised our “fully developed strategies to support health, wellbeing and [initiatives to] actively encourage a work life balance showing a range of effective measures.”
We’re delighted to receive the accolade of Wellbeing Champion at the ARMA ACE Awards. We constantly evaluate and develop our employee offering, looking to ensure it helps our brilliant team balance work and life, whilst also ensuring we have the tools and initiatives in place to help them reach their full potential. To have that recognised in the form of Wellbeing Champion is a real point of pride for us.
ARMA’s judging panel assessed a range of criteria - from how our wellbeing initiatives met our team’s needs, to how working conditions and work-life balance has been made a priority, and how the schemes fit into Encore’s wider efforts to improve employee value by providing a healthier, more sustainable and giving workplace.
