November is traditionally awards season and this year saw two of the biggest awards ceremonies being held on consecutive nights; News on the Block’s Property Management Awards (PMAs) and The Negotiator Awards.
We’re thrilled to say that Encore picked up the most coveted "Property Management Company of the Year" award at both the PMAs and the Negotiator awards.
That’s two sets of independent judges comparing us against our peers and coming to the same conclusion: that Encore was the best on the ground this past year.
We also received several other awards for which we can be equally proud.
At the PMA’s we received three Highly Commended awards for:
At the Negotiator awards we received a Bronze award for Employer of the Year – from a ‘shortlist’ of 27 companies.

The PMA winners were announced by Joel Dommett at an awards dinner at the Honourable Artillery Company, whilst Stephen Mangan presented the prizes at The Negotiator awards at the Grosvenor House Hotel.
