We’ve been shortlisted for the prestigious Negotiator Awards - in not just one or two, but three categories!
The independent judging panel received hundreds of entries from companies from all corners of the country. The panel, made up of industry leaders and property market experts from varied backgrounds and disciplines, were tasked with the tough job of selecting only those that demonstrated the best of the property industry. That’s why we’re so proud to see all three of our entries making the shortlist for:

"We’ve been included in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work. We’ve won the Outstanding Customer Service Award at this year’s ACE Awards. We’ve introduced innovative systems to enhance compliance and efficiency, and we’ve launched game-changing technology, including our residents’ app, Places. New Encore offices have opened, and all of our locations have grown and welcomed new team members and communities.
We’ve led the way with the implementation of the Building Safety Act, grown our team of Health and Safety experts and secured sustainability credentials whilst retaining our best-in-class accreditations. That’s a huge list, and it’s only scratching the surface of what the Encore team has achieved in the last 12 months.
Most importantly we’ve seen our clients delighted - whether they’re a Residents Management Company, developer, freeholder or Housing Association, and we’ve built strong positive relationships with the communities we work with.
Our surveys reveal that clients are happy with the service they’ve received from Encore, and our 500+ employees feel valued - with 90% agreeing ‘Encore is a great place to work’. The two are inseparable. We can’t deliver a brilliant service for clients and residents, without a happy, driven, talented team.
That’s why I’m particularly proud to see us shortlisted for 2024’s Property Management Company and Block Management Company of the Year, alongside Employer of the Year. It shows we’re getting things right for both our people and the communities where our mission is to make places better.”
