Our continued efforts to reduce our impact on the environment have been recognised and rewarded once again with the retention of our 5 star accreditation under E4environmental's Green Achiever scheme.
Demonstrating a real commitment to ensuring we are doing what we can to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible, this is the third year in a row that we have secured a 5 star rating.
In awarding the five star rating, E4environmental consultants reviewed the many different initiatives being actioned across Encore offices and the estates we manage, commenting:
“We have reviewed your actions and am pleased to confirm that Encore Estate Management have again made improvements in your environmental performance and have thus retained your 5-star rating. This award recognises the work we are doing on electric vehicle charging, communal heating systems, landscaping to create and maintain wildlife habitats, extensive recycling initiatives across our offices and properties under management and the use of technology to save energy or improve sustainability
