Encore has won two Gold awards at The Negotiator Awards 2024, being named both Block Management Company and Property Management Company of the Year. These are two titles we’re incredibly proud of, particularly alongside a Silver win for Employer of the Year too.
The Negotiator Awards is a leading independent awards programme for the residential property industry. Entrants go through a rigorous judging process, with a panel of industry leaders and experts looking for companies that demonstrate the very best of their category.
“Being named as Block Management and Property Management Company of the Year at such highly-regarded awards is a real accolade for us,” explains Encore CEO, Joaquim Fillola.
“These titles show we’re truly leading our industry, taking care of communities and properties of all shapes and sizes. And these are titles the whole Encore team should be proud of: whether we’re taking care of apartment blocks or garden villages, we’re bringing expertise, excellent customer service, honesty and commitment to clients and residents.
That takes brilliance from everyone - from on-site to mobilisation teams, estate and property managers to finance teams, operations, IT, business development and marketing. It’s a whole team effort to be able to win such prestigious recognition.
Winning Silver in Employer of the Year - a category that sees hundreds of entries from across the entire property industry - is a great achievement too. For us to have brilliant, talented people delivering the most professional property management, we have to be delivering on our promises as an employer.
That’s why we continue to invest in our employee health and wellbeing strategy, ‘Encore Life’. In the last year we’ve introduced our new Menopause Policy, as well as enhanced our staff wellbeing perks and introducing more of what our teams have been asking for - such as group exercise sessions, charity fundraising and facilitating more of our people to take professional qualifications to advance their careers. Altogether, that’s seen us named in the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ too.
But we’re not stopping there – we’re continuing to make sure Encore is the best place to work. Likewise, we’ve got so much in store for 2025 - our 20th year - that I’m really excited for how we’re going to be making further strides in leading the industry. All the while propelled by the pride of winning such brilliant titles at this year’s Negotiator Awards.”
It’s been a busy and thrilling month for awards ceremonies, with Encore lifting the trophy for Regional Property Management Company of the Year at the Property Management Awards too.
