Recruitment Resourcer - Cambridge
This role is responsible for assisting in the recruitment of employees across the Group (including attracting talent through advertising, social media, referrals and any other means possible). The role requires a pro-active, driven individual who understands the importance of data protection and confidentiality, as you will have access to salary information and private personal data. You will assist the Internal Recruitment team by sourcing and screening candidates, writing candidate summaries, ensure all positions are advertised efficiently and completing all required adhoc administration duties that form part of the resourcing role.
What you’ll do:
In all areas, ensure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standards.
- You will take a proactive approach in assisting with candidate attraction, included but not limited to source, screen, schedule interviews and recommend candidates for open roles as well as pipeline candidates for future opportunities
- Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedure
- Create candidate summaries to present to the internal recruitment team for open vacancies.
- Pro-active searches for candidates who have not applied directly for roles, specifically in the Estate Management team.
- Work proactively, using our ATS to build and maintain a talent pool of quality future candidates
- Monitor applications received and make sure that candidates applications are processed efficiently
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of the business
- Assist on interviews with the Internal Recruitment Team
- All other recruitment related tasks and administration
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all employees’ details. Never share this information with anyone else in the company unless authorised.
- The above duties are not exhaustive and you will be required to complete any other adhoc duties as dictated by the role.
What you’ll bring:
The successful candidate will present with the following:
- Previous experience in an administration role would be desirable
- A keen interest in recruitment
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, delegation and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills – letter writing and the written and verbal presentation of information
- Excellent people skills – an ability to adapt your style as required
